Ginna is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Florida native. Ginna received her Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. Ginna has served diverse populations in her experience working in both community agency and private practice settings. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Ginna specializes in working with adults who struggle with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder and other anxiety disorders. Ginna is extensively trained in providing Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), which is the gold standard treatment intervention for OCD.

Ginna understands living with OCD can feel like you’re stuck in a loop of fear, doubt, and constant "what-ifs", and that you might feel exhausted from trying to avoid triggers, seeking reassurance, or performing rituals that only provide temporary relief. Her goal is to foster a therapeutic relationship built on trust, compassion, and mutual respect, allowing you to explore the depths of your OCD without feeling alone or judged. Whether you're struggling with intrusive thoughts, compulsive behaviors, or a combination of both, Ginna will walk alongside you every step of the way - offering guidance and unwavering support.
